ProjectDivX - Merging AVIs

Now you can merge as many AVIs to one file you want.

What can i do with this feature and how do i use this?

Well, very easy. Let´s look at the following example: you have got 5 AVIs you want to merge; one after one. So you only have to "Select Files" and put them to right order (with the commands "First", "Up", "Down" or "Last"). If everything is all right, press "Start", wait a little bit and you get your merged AVI. As simple as it can be.

What does "Try synchronizing Audio Stream if needed"?

Sometimes it could happen that the length (in milliseconds) of the Audio Stream is not equal to the length of the Video Stream. If you now merge different AVIs, Audio and Video Stream get asynchronous. ProjectDivX currently can solve the problem, if the Audio Stream is to short. ProjectDivX fills the rest of the stream with silence, so that Audio and Video Stream are nearly equal.

Disadvantage: You get some milliseconds silence in your merged AVI.

Advantage: Audio and Video don´t get asynchsonous.

What does Check AVI mean?

You can check all AVIs of the list. If you press this button, ProjectDivX shows you a small dialog, which shows the length (in milliseconds) of the Audio and Video Stream. You can look, if they are equal.
